Following the latest announcements from the UK Government regarding covid restrictions and I’d like to share some of what this means for your visit to Mosaic.
From 1st March masks will be optional in the salon. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked if you would prefer that you, and anyone doing your hair, wear a mask. There will be people who prefer not to so please be aware there may be some people in the salon who will not be wearing masks. We will still have hand sanitiser available around the salon and are still mindful to maintain good air flow.
Like with other illnesses, we do politely ask if you are unwell or exhibiting any Covid symptoms, please call us to discuss how you’re feeling and whether it is still appropriate to attend your appointment. In these instances, we will do our utmost to re-arrange your visit for as soon as possible.
I understand that some of you may continue to feel anxious or worried about Covid, and please do talk to Sally or Mackenzie if you have specific concerns. We will continue to keep a close eye on the overall national Covid situation as the days and weeks unfold.
Whilst it may be premature to declare this as the “end” of Covid, it’s certainly a milestone to be thankful for. It’s been a remarkable two years and would like to thank you for all the support you have given myself and all the Mosaic Team.
Keep safe and look forward to welcoming you to the salon.
