As a hairdresser, I believe you never stop learning. With constantly changing fashions and new products coming onto the market all the time, it is vital for us to be up to date in order that we are able to deliver the service our clients deserve.

Hairdressing training plan keeping us up to date

So, at Mosaic, we have an ongoing training plan for the whole team to embrace. This year we have worked hard covering all areas of hairdressing including a creative cutting day in London with award winning stylist Bruno Giamattei.

Our in-salon Master Colour Experts work every month with small groups of the team sharing their knowledge and expertise in our ‘Breakfast Brainstorming’ sessions.

Mystery shopping reports a score of 78%

To evaluate the consistency of our customer service, we organised mystery shoppers who visited the Studio. We scored 78% in our report and have come away with some new ideas and some inconsistencies to work on in the coming months. The experience of the mystery shopper has been a fantastic way for the team to recognise our strengths and challenges.

To celebrate our hard work, we spent a business day at Champneys health farm discussing and developing ideas to work on to achieve an even higher score next time the mystery shoppers come to the Studio.

We all finished off a very full on day with a relaxing beauty treatment and dinner – so we too could be the customer!
