How to keep your colour fresh

You can keep your hair colour looking fresh between your salon appointments with a few quick and easy colour products that can be done in the salon, or can be purchased to do at home, either way they won’t break the bank!

Colour fresh masks

Wella’s 2in1 pigmented hair masks, tone your hair whilst maintaining good hair condition. They come in a mixture of colours ranging from brunettes and blondes through to pink and blue.

 

How to use:

1. Shampoo your hair and squeeze out any excess water

2. Apply the conditioner starting with the mid length and ends of your hair . We recommend combing the product through each section to guarantee full coverage.

3. Leave on for a minimum of 10minutes for a pastel look or up to 20minutes for a more intense look.

4. Rinse thoroughly ( no need for extra conditioner!)

5. Style as normal

Washing coloured hair:

Davines Minu range is designed to protect artificially coloured hair. Its formula gently cleanses the hair, prevents the colour from fading and keeps it shiny for longer.

Colour shampoos

Davines’s Alchemic shampoos are designed to enhance both natural and cosmetic hair colours. If you are a blondie you can avoid brassiness with the Alchemic silver, dark brunettes can add rich tones with the Alchemic chocolate and for the red heads out there you can use the Alchemic copper.

How to use:

1.Shampoo your hair using your chosen Alchemic shampoo

2.Leave on for a minimum of 5minutes ( they can be left on longer for a more intense look)

3. Rinse thoroughly and condition your hair

4.Style the hair as normal
